About Antonio “Thirdy” Gamalinda III
Antonio “Thirdy” Gamalinda III is also a fitness coach and personal trainer based in Dumaguete City. He currently works at Fit24 Fitness Gym, where he provides fitness coaching and personal training.
Outside his work in fitness, Gamalinda also works as a model for Josip Tumapa Design.
Thirdy was the first bodybuilder I ever got to know. And for some reason, I expected him to be extremely unfriendly, arrogant, and tough. I think I was simply a victim of 90s action-movie stereotypes, where guys like that were usually portrayed as serious and unfriendly. Hehehe.
But Thirdy turned out to be the complete opposite — extremely friendly and cheerful. To be honest, at first I could hardly believe he was that friendly. Hehehe.
I also had the honor of attending his wedding, where I had never seen so many bodybuilders in one place in my life. They were really big.
A great guy with an incredible work ethic and discipline!
